• I live in Pittsburgh and the property was in Indiana. I was unfamiliar with agents in the area and googled real estate in Indiana, PA. I thought, with a name like Good News, how bad could they be? I was more than happy that I received a call immediately from Rod who was professional and very down to earth. And, after talking for a while, I realized he knew everyone in Indiana. That made me laugh. Within a week I had my first offer. It sold very quickly and Rod was wonderful in taking care of all the details and making it as easy for me as possible given the distance between us.
